It rained at Woodcraft for the first time since the staff gathered. Here is a shot of our trusty Adirondack weather stick to prove it. (If it's wet, it's raining)
As it often does in this part of the world, the rain moved out as quickly as it arrived and by mid-morning the lifeguards were on the dock for training. The clouds gave way to sun and the guards had a nice morning to update their certification and review the latest safety standards.
Above are Sam, Paul, and Jimmy. Between them they have almost 30 years at Woodcraft.
Hudson looks on approvingly while the guards practice rescue techniques in the water.
